The day had come,
Yet again,
Where we take some time to stand still,
In Awe,
In Wonder,
In Amazement at our Planet around us,
At the same time,
We reflect on our Earth,
The vessel that keeps us safe,
Cocooned in her warmth,
Under her gaze,
Watchful,
Lingering,
Just present,
All the time,
All we can do,
Is be humbly grateful,
Protect,
Serve,
Honour
and
Restore this precious being,
That’s encasing us all.
