It‘s a Beautiful Life, we have, we all have!

This last week, I’ve reflected, that life is the good stuff mixed in with the ‘not so good stuff. In my life’s journey thus far, I’ve unearthed that it’s how I respond to these life events and circumstances that really matters.

Perhaps there’s a clue that lies in raising my vibration on a daily basis and especially in these times.

So this week I tried just that, accept life circumstances, the little frustrations abound as part of this beautiful life experience, and at the same time, focus on raising my awareness, my consciousness, my energy.

I must say, so far this strategy has worked. It always does.

So as I write this blog, on a languid, Sunday afternoon, and feel the winter sun on my face, I’m still in awe about this Life adventure. The sojourn of life and its a wonder as I still discover it in all its forms, brings me humbleness and gratitude. It’s captured here in my poem of this week, simply entitled “Life“.

I’m reminded of Rumi in these times:

Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames

Speaking of a special someone who inspires me, (there are many), my heartfelt thanks to Cherrie Lawlor, the President of the BWA East London, and the Manager of Pollocks in East London. Thank you for my personalised birthday gifts, it’s much appreciated and quite a surprise. I am extremely for your mentorship and your friendship!

I wish you all a mindful week, take care and stay safe.
