I was a little wave,
Slightly caressing a huge shoreline,
Lightly dancing to the wind’s rustling melody,
I kept my pace,
I knew my place,
Some years later,
I grew, my swell grew,
I befriended other waves,
And together,
We swayed,
In Harmony,
In Unison,
We became stronger,
We began to understand each other’s rhythm,
Together we found a new way,
To tap dance ,
And every once in a while,
Crash delightfully into the shoreline,
Today,
We’re a wave train,
Mighty,
Daring,
Unafraid,
Determined,
Upending the old,
Setting a new compass,
We’re just rolling in,
Chartering a new course,
On our own terms,
Exploring new shores,
